PIMS Component - Work Control

Work Control is a fully integrated module system with multi-step workflow, work authorization, work assignment, and status tracking. The system generates service requests and dynamically updates customers with status reports.

The Work Authorization facilitates task-planning and risk assessment; specifies project-performance standards and critical milestones; attaches pertinent documents to work authorizations; assigns work breakdown structure and resources to work authorizations; integrates fully with Micro-Frame Program Manager (MPM); integrates with timesheet and requisition modules to control labor and material charges; generates service requests; and dynamically updates customers with status reports.

PIMS Work Control subsystems consists of the following modules:

• eTaskTitan - tracks project performance and milestones while reporting status to top-level managers
• eServiceTitan - hi-level project initiating and tracking system that organizes your valuable projects and their associated tasks
• eMSRTitan - tracks current and future jobs and alerts maintenance cews when a job is scheduled
