 Program Information Management System (PIMS)

InDyne has developed a highly flexible, multidimensional Program Information and Financial Management tool to manage our work and provide real-time customer insight on performance-based contracts at the Johnson Space Center (JSC), Glenn Research Center (GRC), Kennedy Space Center (KSC), Stennis Space Center (SSC), Vandenberg Air Force Base (VAFB), Eglin Air Force Base (EAFB), Headquarters Information Technology Support Services (HITSS), and Cape Canaveral Air Force Base (CCAFS).

This Program Information Management System (PIMS) consists of the following components:

  • Work Control - multi-step work flow, work authorization, work assignment, and status tracking
  • Performance Accounting - metrics definition, compliance tracking, and cost accounting by work order, functional area, etc.
  • Process Management - ISO quality tracking, logistics management, configuration management, safety management, and training and certification management
  • Management Information - management information reporting and information extraction for Executive Information System (EIS)  interface
  • Customer Interface - service request submissions and customer status capability
  • System Administration - access control administration and digital signature capability

PIMS Employment Application System New Version Released - Friday, January 29, 2010

PIMS recently released its latest version of the Employment Application System v10.01.03.

The module displays available jobs through a tabled list and linked to the detailed view. This system contains a process to guide the users step-by-step to apply for an online job opening.

Then after the application is submitted, the Hiring Managers receive notification and is given directions to login to the Employment Application System and review the submitted employment application/resume/cover letter.

This system was designed to make the employment process and tracking job applications more efficient and easier.

 
Reporting Module released for enterprise reporting integrated with MS SQL Server Reporting Services - Wednesday, October 14, 2009

PIMS reporting module is now used to configure and display reports from MS SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) 2005/2008 inside the web portal making it possible to access the Reporting Services server using Windows proxy account.

The module continues to provide intuitive user interface such as tree view folders/reports browsing.

In addition, ANONYMOUS access to reporting services server is possible via the Windows proxy account. These capabilities make it possible for all levels of users to access reports filtered to their own individual roles within the company.

Release of ePurchaseTitan version 9.01.04 - Wednesday, September 30, 2009

The ePurchaseTitan system now includes a new feature for ISO compliance vendor ratings. Vendors that sell inventory items can be rated through ePurchaseTitan according to their past performance for delivery of items that pass appropriate conformance tests, and are delivered in a timely fashion.

In addition, a mathematical formula will be used to calculate and update the vendor rating number based on subjective rating numbers made by quality or receiving personnel each time a Purchase Order (PO) document is received and processed in from the vendor.

PIMS eEISTitan multi-dimensional reporting tool provides data mining from diverse data sources for multi-dimensional analysis.

This feature lets you control the display of your report by rows and columns while calculating totals and generating a graphical report view.

 
Release of eTimeTitan version 3.01.01 - Friday, October 05, 2007

PIMS eTimeTitan completed modifications to include electronic certification of hours.

This DCAA required feature was developed to ensure that the users are given the ability to re-certify their hours if their hours have been modified.

In other words—if a user submits his timesheet and that timesheet is modified by his manager, an automatic email notification will be sent to the user and he can login to the timesheet system and re-submit (or re-certify) that timesheet.

Work Control is a fully integrated module system with multi-step workflow, work authorization, work assignment, and status tracking. Generates service requests and dynamically updates customers with status.

Performance Accounting

Performance Accounting provides metrics definitions, compliance tracking, cost accounting by task order, functional area for full-cost accounting with a myriad of reporting tools for management, along with a complete array of data extraction methods.

Process Management

The Process Management provides proven business process management tools for ISO-9000 tracking and management of Logistics, Configuration, Safety, and Training and Certification.

Management Information

Our Management Information System (MIS) is tailored to individual contract requirements to manage information reporting and extraction for instant output.

Customer Interface

Our user friendly interface for Customer insight into contract status and performance metrics. This is a web-based architecture in which users can access the system using existing desktop hardware and software tools and customized to individual contract requirements. This allows the customers to add inputs for surveys and make comments to the Feedback.

System Administration

Our System Administration provides access control administration and digital signature capability over a secured network.
